Somatic Business Guidance

Support for creative entrepreneurs that honours your whole self

Who I Work With

My clients are often creative, sensitive women building something meaningful in the world - artists, therapists, astrologers, educators, somatic specialists. They have wonderful skills, deep training, and so much to offer. But the technical side of running a business online? That's where things get difficult.

Many of them have websites designed by "some tech person" they're afraid to email, who doesn't understand their aesthetic or their work. They end up paying for every single question or mistake, never quite feeling like they own their own technology. Or certain things just seem too complicated, and that fear stops them from creating more, sharing more, growing into what wants to come through.

They don't fit into traditional marketing systems - and they don't want to. Their work is relational, embodied, and rooted in something real. They're not interested in aggressive tactics or sales lingo. They want their business to reflect who they actually are and what they love doing.

I understand what it's like to be an artist in a technical world. I bring gentle order to creative chaos - using what I call the positive masculine principle of structure to support the feminine flow of creativity. I ask questions, listen deeply to what they actually want, and support their vision with practical solutions that feel good.

What I Can Help With

I help you find the words and shape for what you're building - whether that's defining your brand, naming your offers, or figuring out how you actually want to show up online. Your design and offerings should represent who you are, what you love, and what you already embody.

On the practical side, I can help with:

  • Website design and edits (in a way where you understand what's happening)

  • Creating graphics and visual content that feel like you

  • Editing short-form video and imagery

  • Writing and building email campaigns

  • Content planning and strategic thinking

  • Naming and shaping your offers

  • Building systems that support a sustainable pace

  • Event logistics, research, and general organisation of your workflow

But beyond the tasks, what I really bring is thoughtful support for your whole process. I work with your rhythm, not against it. This means acknowledging your nervous system needs, respecting your limitations, and gently expanding what feels possible without overwhelm. Sometimes what seems "undoable" just needs the right support and pacing to become your new comfort zone.

I don't support aggressive marketing or using pain and urgency to sell something faster. I believe each collaboration, sale, and piece of work is a relationship - and relationships flourish when they're built on love, respect, and mutual benefit.

I treat each project as if it were my own and follow you through your journey, because I truly believe your business is both a material and spiritual path to becoming more yourself.

Why I Do This

I believe in empowering female-led and creative businesses that often don't have the advantage of a team or technical backing, especially in the coming age of AI and the new internet era.

I believe that creatives should be paid well for their work, be visible, and have the same opportunities that bigger companies have. I want to see more honest offers that genuinely change people's lives for the better, not just sales that create short relief from boredom.

That's why I combine somatic approaches with practical business support. Because building something sustainable isn't just about strategy and systems - it's about working with your natural rhythm, honouring your body, and becoming more yourself in the process. The women I work with aren't trying to force themselves into someone else's template. They're discovering their own way.

I love seeing how people grow and develop - the same way I'm growing and developing with them through my own creative business. I believe that when we do what feels good and true to us, the results are better than when we do what we think other people might like.

I want to contribute toward a world where the feminine, the creative, and the sensitive are valued and honored again, as essential ways of knowing and being.

Why This Is Important For You

The internet is changing fast, and if you're building a creative business online, you need more than just talent — you need to understand how to show up strategically.

Here's why having a clear brand, your own website, and basic tech knowledge matters now:

  • You own your space – When you have your own website and email list, you're not dependent on what Instagram decides to do next. You build on your own foundation.

  • Your authentic voice stands out – Standing out requires a strong, authentic brand that's clearly YOU. AI is creating generic content, which is becoming less valuable. A strong, clear brand helps the right people recognize and connect with your work. It's about being memorable for the right reasons.

  • Trust builds faster – A cohesive brand and professional, authentic presence shows you're committed to your work. People feel confident investing in what you offer.

  • You make intentional choices – Instead of copying what everyone else does or feeling lost, you understand your options and can design your business your way.

  • You can create diverse income streams – Whether it's courses, memberships, physical products, or services, understanding how to structure these gives you creative freedom and financial flexibility. Diversifying requires knowing how to set these things up yourself (or at least understand what you're asking someone else to build).

  • You're building something that lasts – With the right foundation, structure, and learning, you can adapt and grow without starting from scratch every time something changes online.

This isn't about becoming a tech expert or keeping up with every trend. It's about having enough knowledge and structure to build a creative business that feels like yours—and actually works.

Working with Nadia has been a gift. With her exquisite taste and a special sensitivity for capturing the essence of what I wanted to convey, she took care of every last detail, and the work was of impeccable quality. She guided me in organising my content and ideas when everything felt mixed together. She made the complex simple.

Communication was fluid and clear, always with responsibility and commitment. The website adjustments were spot-on. She understood my approach and expressed it clearly on the site. The most valuable thing for me is having a space where I can show what I do and who I am. The process of putting my work into words helped me define myself as a professional.

I recommend working with Nadia because she brings sensitivity, empathy, warmth, and quality to her work. She transmits security and calm, with genuine interest in your desires - treating your project as her own.

My Clients' Stories

Working with Nadia was such a steadying presence in my business. From the very beginning, I felt like she truly had my back. Nadia understands the unique challenges of being a business owner and shows up with consistent support, calm, and insight.

She has a real gift for helping with decision making - offering perspectives I hadn’t considered, which brought balance and clarity to my thinking. She’s incredibly reliable, methodical, and exceptionally efficient, and someone I always knew I could count on. I highly recommend Nadia's work.

Máire Ní G (Founder of Feminine Sexual Alchemy & Universal Tao Ireland)

"I consider myself lucky to have found Nadia! I have been struggling with tech issues, a lack of strategy, and a brand that didn't reflect who I am.

Nadia professionally reorganised my business and resolved my technical problems very quickly. She re-created my brand in a way that suits my offerings and the psychology of the clients. We spent many hours discussing my strategy and needs, as well as my future goals and how to achieve them.

She is very thorough and gives me a lot of details every time we communicate. The valuable things are Nadia's gifts in tech, aesthetics, and emotional support. The most important thing for me is Nadia's humane and empathetic approach. I am truly looked after in every aspect of my work and my person.

I highly recommend working with Nadia for her personal touch, dedication, thoughtfulness, and interest in you and your work. She helps you as if it were her own business. Working with her is soulful as she genuinely cares for you."

Mariana Saad (Astrologer, educator)

Working with Nadia has been very supportive in the process of building my program, through discussions for unveiling the form of the course and the brand, as well as in building a public profile via the website and social media, creating a strategy for reaching the right audience, while being respectful and aware of my way of communicating, understanding and offering my work.

Nadia is very skilled in multiple areas, such as developing businesses as well as somatic skills that make her even more unique in supporting the growth of one's meaningful offer to the world, through sensing, connecting, and communicating with clarity, presence, and care.

I would highly recommend her expertise to those who need personal, sensible, creative, and clear guidance at all levels for developing and growing their offer and vision.
