The Gaze of Wisdom
A 2-hour Online Somatic and Art Journey into Sight, Vision and Intuition through Somatic Art Practice®, Body-Mind Centering®, mindfulness and meditation practices

"Come into my eyes, and look at me through them, for I have chosen a home far beyond what eyes can see."
— Rumi
How do we see beyond the surface of things? How do we cultivate the inner vision that recognizes truth, beauty, and the sacred in everyday life?
"The Gaze of Wisdom" invites you into an embodied exploration of sight as a pathway to deeper knowing. Through somatic practices and artistic expression, we'll awaken the connections between your physical eyes and your inner seeing, between imagination and desire, between being truly witnessed and learning to see with wisdom.
We'll explore vision not just as something that happens in our eyes, but as a full-body experience that includes memory, dreams, imagination, and intuitive perception. You'll discover how fantasy and desire shape what we see, how the brain processes visual imagination as reality, and how all our senses work together to create our unique way of perceiving the world.
What to Expect:
Experience your body as a camera - receptive, active, and interactive
Discover the connections between vision, imagination, and embodied knowing
Practice the art of truly seeing and being seen through partner gazing exercises
Explore how desire and fantasy influence perception
Create authentic artistic expression from your unique way of seeing
Develop your capacity for inner vision and intuitive sight
Come ready to open your eyes in new ways, to see and be seen with presence and wisdom, and to discover the profound creativity that emerges when we truly pay attention.

Why This Work Matters?
In our image-saturated world, we often consume visuals passively rather than engaging our full capacity for seeing. We may feel overwhelmed by constant visual stimulation or disconnected from our own inner vision and intuitive sight.
Many of us have learned to see ourselves through others' eyes rather than trusting our own perspective.
This work helps you cultivate several interconnected abilities that are crucial for authentic living:
Imagination & Creative Vision
Strengthening your capacity to visualise, dream, and see possibilities beyond current reality - the foundation of all creative and transformative work.
Mindful Seeing
Learning to see with presence rather than habit, to truly notice what's in front of you instead of projecting expectations or assumptions.
Witnessing Others
Developing the ability to see people as they truly are, without judgment or the need to fix or change them - a cornerstone of authentic relationships.
Receiving Attention
Building comfort with being seen and witnessed by others, allowing yourself to be truly present instead of performing or hiding.
Embodied Intuition
Awakening your capacity to sense truth, energy, and information through your whole body, not just your mind - trusting the wisdom that comes through felt sense.

"The workshops I've so far attended have given me real, deep insights into a part of myself that I had lost touch with, and it was a joy to rediscover.
Nadia provides a space to experiment, explore, and connect with others that feels inclusive, respectful, stress-free, and caring. There is a great balance between the experiential and the theoretical.
There is interesting information offered about anatomy and cultural context that feels relevant and informs the somatic and creative exercises, inspiring personal insights.
The follow-up information after workshops is thoughtful and beautifully presented, and gives plenty of prompts to continue exploring. I have thoroughly enjoyed and recommend the workshops. ”
